Ted and Maggie E-Session
Ted and Mag are getting married in Monterey on a Beach. They are the most down to earth people...really easy to get along with. One thing that kept me on my toes is the fact that Ted does a little photography himself. He photographs Trains and attends Train Photo conventions and sells prints. How awesome it that? Whats even more awesome is the privilege to be able to photograph another photographers wedding. Mag is a crazy water outdoor tester person... more sweet, than crazy. Here are some images from their E-session in Old Sacramento. Oh and another cool benefit of Old Sacramento, the awesome Train shots that fit right in their life.

Sherwin and Ivy's Apple Hill E-Session
Sherwin and Ivy are Nurses. After we met I knew that I had to shoot their wedding. They are such a great couple!
We headed to Apple Hill for their E-session and wanted to make sure that we could capture the the Fall weather with the leaves turning and the sun setting. It was a great time. We dropped by Abel Apples and Sherwin was kind enough to get me a PIE! Next time though...a tri-tip sandwich...(Sherwin says "they are the best").
We all joked around how cold it was...I was actually going to make them jump into the fish pond at the Iris Gardens.
A video slideshow of their E-Session.

Wedding and Party Fair Video
Early this month, we attended the Party and Wedding Fair in San Ramon, CA. They just finished a video promo and was selected to be part of it. I'm the first in the video.
I look like such an overacting BOZO! We'll the guy told me to "over act"...and I'm glad he cut me off. I just rambled about my younger years playing dodge ball after that.
Anyway the photobooth is in the video behind me! The video was created by Video Madness

Danielle and Billy: E-Session
When Danielle and Billy asked me for a e-session in Sacramento, I asked more about them to find out specifics about them. Turns out, they rarely go to Sacramento, invest alot of time together in the Bible, and are currently long distance so they are on the phone alot. Danielle is from Davis and Billy...well, he's just down south somewhere...
Now they both are long distance, Billy in New York on Rotations and Danielle in Los Angeles. So where are they getting married? Their wedding...in Sausalito! I had to privilege to photograph them in good old Sacramento, where there is plenty of gorgeous places to capture their personality. I was a part time tour guide as well...pro-bono.

The Greens Hotel : Sac Phil Harmonic photoshoot
I had a blast at "The Greens Hotel" for a photoshoot for the Sacramento Phil Harmonic Orchestra.
We are sponsoring their fab party the day before halloween , the fantastic theme:
"Masked ball on the Blvd" The event will benefit the Philharmonics education and outreach programs.
Music is always so inspiring to images and since I played the trumpet and my wife the trombone, violin we have great props. Here's some more info about the event:
Don your mask for a mysterious Carnivale and disappear into the crowd for an evening of elegance and intrigue. The night will be aswirl with live music, dancers, fire spinners and other curiosities.
Featuring:
Cuisine by premier Sacramento restaurants:
Supper Club, Enotria, Fran's Café
Hosted bars with exotic elixirs
Costume contest
Psychic readers
Music, dancing, live auction
Red carpet valet service
Tell them that you found out the event because Profinish Design rules.
Stay tuned for images in the Natomas Journal!
The Sunrise Mall Bridal Faire
We had a booth this last weekend at the sunrise mall in citrus heights. It was a pretty good show, met with tons of brides and all sorts of other crazy mall people.
We brought our photo booth and had a blast with it.
I met with Keith of Antique Limo, really cool guy and some other vendors we really haven't had a chance to chat with. Here are a few of them:
The Eye Connoisseur
Asanti Catering
Antique Limo Company

Mr & Mrs Coolness
John had a lot of fun at a very classy vintage style wedding in Downtown Sacramento. They had a photo booth with the new 6 image printout. They kinda hate him for running late. We hate it when that happens. He'll make it up to them. Here's the first by a super peeky, a complete booth album, then the "cracker jack surprise"
